Retainer engagements are ideal for clients who would like full visibility into the sourcing + product development process and could benefit from a guide with significant industry experience. We typically focus on 1 category at a time, but often, clients opt to run multiple products in tandem in order to build a robust pipeline of new products and/or manufacturing relationships to achieve various price points. For each category, we begin by defining your scope with a Design Brief, move into a manufacturer search, and help you identify your product cost structure. The ultimate goal is to help you develop a deep, lasting relationship with quality production partners for each of your products. Your engagement will be $2500/mo for 3 months. This includes planning sessions, facilitated interviews, and touch-base calls during sample development.

Engagement will continue until client requests closure by email. Your engagement begins on the day payment is made, so please be sure to notify us of cancellation request by email a minimum of 10 days in advance of your next month beginning.
